He directs a consulting and management company called OneStep Inc., a real estate business called Ascent Development Team, and a non-profit organization named Team Kairos Foundation. His wife Monette is a pilot for Jet Direct and a teacher that specializes in working with special-needs kids. Grafke’s passion is to help to facilitate charity-driven business ventures that help other individuals and influence society by utilizing his background in business administration, non-profit management, and public speaking.

A veteran minister and businessman working internationally, Grafke has taught, trained, and mentored people in societies and cultures around the world. He has been granted audience with numerous Heads of State because of his notable work with several charities. His life experiences have given him a lot to talk about when addressing business seminars and conferences he is invited to speak to. Reed Grafke and his wife now serve on a number of non-profit and for-profit Boards of Directors, and both are leaders at the local church.

Generosity, excellence, and integrity are core values to Monette and Reed Grafke—they strive to emphasize these values in all aspects of the projects they participate in. Living generously is the mission statement of the Grafkes, but they also enjoy missions works, hospitality, scuba diving, hunting, flying, fishing, and other adventuresome activities.
